Jesse Langel earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York Law School. His practice focuses on collection-defense litigation and judgment enforcement protection. His firm defends against bank restraints, wage garnishments, and default judgments through rigorous analysis of procedural compliance and substantive liability. Jesse founded The Langel Firm in the aftermath of the Great Recession after witnessing how easily judgments were obtained on weak or inadmissible evidence.
