Jesse earned his law degree from New York Law School. As a court volunteer assisting consumer debtors, Jesse quickly recognized the desperate need of consumers to protect their bank accounts and wages from aggressive debt-collection enforcement. Jasmine E. Guadalupe, Esq.
Jasmine has hit the ground running using her experience in public-interest work (family, criminal, and juvenile matters) to fulfill our mission of helping consumers against bank restraints, wage garnishments, and debt-related lawsuits.
Jasmine is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and is pending admission into Florida. She earned her law degree from Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While attending law school, Jasmine took an active role in the Children and Families Clinic where she used her oral and written advocacy skills to represent juveniles in delinquency proceedings.
Prior to joining The Langel Firm, Jasmine worked in busy litigation practices where she assisted attorneys in a variety of practice areas including divorce, child custody, guardianship, estates, criminal law, trademarks, patents, copyrights, referee matters, and real estate closings.
Jasmine's diverse litigation background has transferred beautifully to consumer debt-defense litigation where speed and persuasive advocacy are crucial.
